Sometimes, loading the Transfer Manager, the following error arise: "Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.mshtml, Version=7.0.3300.0". In this case, please download the attached file (zipped) vs90_piaredist.exe and install it, it will provide you a version of the mshtml file useful to launch the Transfer Manager. It's an official Visual Studio file, you will not encounter any problem installing it.
